Ryan and Nick installed a new Lennox 3 ton a/c in my home and did a fantastic job. Ryan came out and assessed the old unit and provided a timely quote for replacement since my unit was already 16 years old. He communicated often while he arranged pickup of my unit at his warehouse. I called Ryan at 0800 this morning because the A/C wasn't working. I had every reason to believe he wouldn't be able to make it out today because of the impending hurricane (Helene) but he showed up less than 20 minutes later. He diagnosed the issue, made the necessary repairs, got the A/C up and running again in under 30 minutes.

Ryan was hired by my landlord to come fix the AC. He arrived at 7:00 PM and stayed until nearly 11:30 at night working, replacing parts, testing wiring, and making sure he got it done right. He even had to access the roof of the building and go back and forth to test many times when the fuses blew but he never gave up. 100/10 would recommend!

Had 2 different companies quote me work for 2 different issues for my A/C. Ryan came out and climbed through the hot attic so he could determine what the actual problem was. He came back a few days later with the materials to repair the ductwork at minimal cost compared to the other over inflated quotes I got.

Ryan is amazing! First, let me start by saying, its been a year since install.. I wait to write reviews, in case anything comes up that could provide further insight. I didn't end up needing to wait, in this case, because the heat pump and air handler have been working perfectly. My old Trane died unexpectedly (it was a champ for over 20 years) in May 2023. Ryan guided me through a plethora of options. He didn't push or upsell anything. The guy is passionate about his work and a walking HVAC encyclopedia. BTW, my electricity bill has gone down about 1/4th to 1/5th consistently every month, for the past year.

West Florida Air Conditioning and Heating was actually the second opinion and we ended up choosing them over the other company because they tried to upsell us a whole new unit that we found out wasn't necessary due to Ryan's expertise and honesty. The other company would have charged us some few thousand but Ryan took care of us in half an hour and fixed the AC issue right then and there, AND didn't charge us but a few hundred dollars.

Ryan at West Florida Air saved the day! I got 11 quotes for my HVAC system upgrades and he provided the best price with the quickest execution time. My house feels much cooler and efficient. He also upgraded my return grille. I am so glad my dad and sister recommended his services to me. He is honest, kind, and a man of his word.

Called West Florida A/C about giving our unit a once over and he determined that the air handler fan was extremely dirty. He pulled the fan assembly and scrubbed the unit to like new condition. Additionally he cleaned the drain line and replaced the filter. This resulted in lowering the humidity 20%.

My AC unit was not working and I struggled to find a reliable business to use. I called West Florida Air and they were great! Ryan got to my house within a day of my phone call. He fixed the issue, informed me on how things worked and how to maintain the unit better.

Ryan went out of his way to explain what was going to with my installation. Both Ryan and his men were very professional and courteous. I know he spent more time on this job than he wanted due to problems on my end but all worked out fine. After it was all done, you never knew they were there.

Ryan from W. Florida A/C and heating was awesome! He was punctual, installed a new a/c when he said he would (on time which isn't always the case with other co.) He was conscientious about cleaning up after the install which was frankly, refreshing that he cared he didn't want to leave a little mess! You are installing a 5 ton unit, there will be a mess, it's o.k. He cleaned it all. Very, very fair pricing I thought and my husband and I know we got a quality product and quality work. Definitely will use them again if needed.

We've have been having trouble with our newly installed Daikin Fit top of the line, air conditioning unit since installation 2 years ago on 2/5/2022. The unit needed a blower motor replacement after the first year! There were so many error messages it was crazy. The other company was out multiple times to work on the unit, but the errors continued. Then they told us we needed all new duct work for an additional $16,000. Ryan Ferguson is an excellent air conditioning specialist. He goes above and beyond to make sure your unit will function at its best. If there's an issue, he is honest and doesn't overcharge. Call him to set up your annual maintenance before you run into problems! Ryan found the issue was the wiring from the outside unit which connects to the air handler and thermostat, HE FOUND THE ISSUE AND FIXED IT. Thank you Ryan for everything.

Ryan is amazing!! Not only did he show up for us twice post Hurricane Helene to fix our unit that had been flooded, but he came back to replace and elevate it within the FEMA standards. He's both timely and efficient and keeps a very clean workspace. Every time I have called him, he has either picked up the phone or returned a phone call within an hour. He recently came back and added an additional duct in one of our bedrooms that made a huge difference in the temperature of the house. He has excellent follow-through to make sure that everything is working as expected. His prices are competitive and not gouging and if he discovers that something has changed, he communicates with you versus surprising you at the end. Overall, we are extremely happy with the work that was done. If you're looking for consistent quality work, open communication and dedication then Ryan is your guy.

Ryan is honest, fast, and great at his job. Our air handler is 12 years old, the blower fan rusted and fell apart and he was able to source a new one and replaced it quickly for a fair price. The AC has never been this quiet and cold. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do our AC work in the future.
